Lower the tool under and around the PoachPod to lift it from the counter, then lower the PoachPod into the water and remove the lift. After poaching, use the lift to remove the PoachPod from the water. If needed, run the spoon end of the lift along the top edge of the egg to help release it from the PoachPod. Serve and enjoy!
