We use natural bamboo for our cutting boards. It’s a renewable resource so it’s a perfect replacement for wood and it’s kinder to knives too as it doesn’t blunt their blades. Bamboo is naturally antibacterial and absorbs very little moisture, making it more hygienic than some other types of wood. Supplied pre-seasoned with vegetable oil.
